Our house was always going to be a difficult sell, being on the low side of the road, many rooms and a house that has been lived in by a big active family. May be Covid didn't help either. The Manor data base of Buyers yielded no interest. Listing on Real Estate.Com.AU yielded some good results. A single buyer visited several times, but we felt we had to keep rejecting Zack's recommendation to sell at certain prices, until we reached an OK price. The final selling price was way below the price mentioned in the initial discussions.
