Zach was so calm and patient throughout our whole process. He was incredibly understanding of our situation (young kids) and didn’t force us into anything we were hesitant about. While he was the expert, we were in complete control the whole time. He really a delight to work with and we are grateful he was able to sell our little home for us! When we put our home on the market I was quite sad as we live in a beautiful area, I rang Paul Hanna from Manor Real Estate and from the first call he was there every step of the way. We asked for some things to happen during our Auction Campaign that were out of the norm and he supported those requests even when he had to work extra hours (7 days per week) to do so. He is very knowledgeable of the area, but what impressed me the most is the respect, courtesy and wisdom to know how to handle all party's. Paul's team of Alex and Frank were just as professional as he was, I so enjoyed working with them. Now for the Glad part, and the most important, we sold for way above what we could have asked for or dreamed of. Thank you Paul.
