From our very first meeting with Jay regarding the potential sale of our home, we were instantly impressed by Jay's professionalism, honesty and knowledge as an agent. We had already met with a couple agents by this stage, and were feeling anxious and unsure of each's authenticity (each were pushy for us to sell). However, this was not the case with Jay - he took the time to answer all our questions, had a comprehensive understanding of the market and shared his forecasts - but most importantly he didn't leave us feeling pressured to sell. Instead he encouraged us to take the time to feel comfortable with our decision. We decided to proceed with Jay & Manor, and from the get go, our entire experience was simple and as stress-free as selling a house could be. Jay was excellent with his communication, and constantly kept us updated with buyer feedback. He was transparent and easily contactable should we have any questions and need to call. Finally, our house was sold at auction with 14 bidders (and for a price well above our expectations) just as Jay had predicted and we are so glad we trusted in Jay and his team. We really believe this amazing result was achievable thanks to Jay and Manor. We cannot thank him enough.

I have heard of Rinat through various sources before I even engaged his service for the first time. Being a local resident and business owner for many years, I know Rinat can achieve one of the best result in Northmead. In fact, I personally think his sales price is the top 1 with my knowledge of property valuation. After engaging his service, I can totally why he can do that. Not many agents work 7 days and still chasing the deal at 8pm on a Friday night. I think he is the best person in the area if you want to achieve the best price. My only suggestion for improvement is “ Take it easy mate. Don’t work too hard Rinat.”
