I have known Ash for years and when he told me several years ago he was getting into real estate, I unquestionably knew he would be beyond exceptional. His qualities are outstanding; patience, dedication, honesty, considerate and caring just to name a few. As I was unaware of his schedule however, we went with another agent -- a decision which from a week into the experience I realised was wrong; regrettable is an understatement for that decision. When I kindly tried to break the contract with the former agency I was told, "You young people don't understand the market" and many more derogatory comments, which displayed only one thing: arrogance. I called Ash while we were still in contract with the other agent and he calmly consulted me and guided me every step of the way. Once the contract was over with the other agent -- a moment of euphoria for me -- I immediately called Ash and he acted with such diligence that it left me in awe. He was fair and equitable for us as sellers, but equally important, also for the buyers. Within the blink of an eye the deal was done; something we were emphatically told would not happen. The entire experience with Ash was a joy and delight, filled with laughter and as a result has made our friendship even stronger. I guess it turns out young people do know what they are talking about; young people are highly knowledgeable and Ash is, without a shadow of a doubt, not the agent you want, but the agent you need!
