I notice that Manor had been selling in the area and had been clearing a lot of properties. Once I started dealing with Zach he felt the best way to go was to start with private inspections due to COVID restrictions and the most cost effective way for me. He organised all the necessary people including recommending other businesses that needed to be involved ( all were great to deal with). Not long after this discussion restrictions were lifted enough to have small open homes. He contacted me straight away and suggested an open home. We had 13 groups through that weekend and Zach had found a buyer. He was in constant contact updating me every step of the way. During the cooling off period he kept me informed on the progress until the final step. You don't sell houses every day so it was comforting to be kept up to date every step of the way. Great job would recommend Zach to sell your home.
