I must admit after many years of experience I was not confident about dealing with yet another fast-talking, high spinning, real estate salesman, but Rinat has certainly altered my perspective. What sold us to begin with, besides his manners and presentation, was his calm, very likeable attitude and his confidence & knowledge of the marketplace. The tracking that his software does, on prospective buyers (and sellers) that deal with Manor, is very impressive indeed and shows that this agency has an innovative approach to the conversion of leads to sales via social media and good old fashioned follow-up. And with that Rinat was a true professional. We would recommend him to anyone, in fact we already have.

My partner and I purchased a house through Zach. It is clear that he was working in the vendor's best interests and as buyers, it was a very stressful process to negotiate price (especially considering that it was not an auction). After that stress was done, we went in to sign the contract. He was professional and we visited on a Sunday near Christmas, so there was boxes around the office. Understandable during a busy time.
