Jay surprised me by remembering a lot of details about my house from many years earlier, which said to me that he LISTENS to people. I was not wrong! Jay listened to us and our needs, then put in 110% effort to achieve this. I have dealt with Real Estate agents who put in a satisfactory amount of effort into sales or rentals and have asked for much larger fees than the team at Manor. These guys were consistenly friendly and approachable, happy to accomodate extra inspection times when requested.
