I interviewed 3 real estate agents before I signed up with Jay. What stood out about him, was his ability to listen which I needed him to do with any potential buyers. His follow up skills were excellent and he was always available if there was something I wanted to ask at short notice. It is no surprise that he and Manor have 27% market share in Baulkham Hills when you have been at the receiving end of his service. It also hugely helped that he got a record price for my home in a supposedly declining market. Everyone tells you how stressful it is selling your house, but this was not my experience at all and I give Jay and his team credit for this! Do not hesitate, sign up and Jay will look after you.
