Jay has sold two properties for me and on both occasions I had a great result and a good experience. He sold my property after one open home for a great price. The sale went very smoothly with no stress and Jay is very easy to work with and went beyond expectations to assist me. He has even offered to assist me in finding my new home. I highly recommend him as an agent.

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Rinat. He kept us informed the whole time of the auction campaign. He gave us a price that was real and this we appreciated. Would definitely recommend him and Manor real estate to our friends.

Rinat is an excellent realestate agent. Despite the difficult realestate market currently, Rinat made the process of selling our property effortless. He patiently explained the process and led us every step of the way. His knowledge and experience is vast, and he is an astute negotiator. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, expert knowledge of local market, attention to detail and all around pleasant demeanour. We are happy with the sale, and would call on him again for realestate.

This young gun not only looks sharp and smart, but also have a solid understanding in Real Estate. If you are buyers, he definitely can pick something for you and meet all your expectations. If you are sellers, he also is the best to sell your property at the maximum possible value!

I interviewed 3 real estate agents before I signed up with Jay. What stood out about him, was his ability to listen which I needed him to do with any potential buyers. His follow up skills were excellent and he was always available if there was something I wanted to ask at short notice. It is no surprise that he and Manor have 27% market share in Baulkham Hills when you have been at the receiving end of his service. It also hugely helped that he got a record price for my home in a supposedly declining market. Everyone tells you how stressful it is selling your house, but this was not my experience at all and I give Jay and his team credit for this! Do not hesitate, sign up and Jay will look after you.
