There are many agents can help selling in the good market situation but not every agent can do it successfully when the market is unwell. Jay and his team (Ethan, Marko) are real professional agents helping people to achieve their goals. I like their positive attitude.

Zach was professional and friendly throughout the selling process, going above and beyond what I expected. He has been in constant communication and is always ready to help any way he can, even now the house has been sold. I highly recommend Zach if you’re thinking of selling your home.

Thanks For your assistance, we were happy with you even though you could try harder to negotiate with the owner to reduce the price, but still thanks for everything

Paul was simply outstanding. He was the hardest working young man who was available 24/7. He pushes extremely hard for the highest result possible and takes the time to ensure the house is presented beautifully. Sold in a week for an excellent price....couldnt have received any better.

After actively looking in the market for over 2 years I met Zach at a open home on Wednesday at 5:30pm. Great people skills. Answered every question I had with complete knowledge. Made me feel right at home. To tell you the truth that’s what made me make the offer then and there. He took it to the vendor and we signed contracts not even 48 hours later. Zach you are a credit to Manor realestate and thank you for being so different from the stereotypical image portrayed by so many other realestate agents and just being a decent guy who has both parties in your best interest. Thank you again.

Can’t speak highly enough of Zach. Sold my house in 10 days. He was very sympathetic and supportive to the fact I was leaving my home of 46 years.

Paul is highly professional and has a great understanding of the property industry. He is delightful, energetic and positive. Paul was informative and helped me understand my opportunities in the property market given the current climate and trends. His advice was realistic which helped my decision making process. I recommend him highly.

We interviewed 3 agents and engaged Jay and his team as he gave a credible and convincing argument for auctioning the property "as is", and presented in a professional and friendly (but importantly not "smarmy") way. I felt Jay could represent the property well to potential buyers, and he would market it in a professional manner. This he did and we were delighted with 10 registered bidders at the auction and achieved an over reserve price. A negative was some tradespeople Manor recommended who over promised but seriously under-delivered which was disappointing and very frustrating. In spite of this negative overall Jay and his team did an excellent job and I would be very happy to engage his services again.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rinat. As first time sellers, Rinat was patient and explained the process to us and kept us well informed at all times. He managed expectations well throughout the process. He is extremely personable, professional and making time throughout the process. We achieved a great result for our property and a lot of that goes down to the hard work Rinat put in marketing the property. I would highly recommend Rinat to anyone looking to sell, buy or even rent property. Thank you Rinat for all your hard work.
