We have no hesitation in recommending Jay, having sold for us before with great results we trust and respect Jays integrity and up front and honest dealing with a complex issue such as selling your property. Having found and made an offer on a property we contacted Jay on the Monday to arrange to put our home on the market, Jay arranged for clients he knew who where looking for property like ours, to view on the Friday, they made an offer on the Saturday and a couple of days later we accepted their offer. We literally bought and sold within one week, no hassle with open houses etc , Jay got the price we were looking for, we couldn't recommend Jay highly enough. Grant & Helen

We spent 8 months researching the local housing market and spoke to many vendors about their choice of agent and more importantly their overall experience. One agency that was always spoke of in glowing terms was Manor Real Estate and in particular Jay Bacani from that agency. So it was that we chose to employ Jay to sell our house. During the 4 week marketing campaign Jay kept us regularly informed on the campaign's progress. His understanding of the housing market and his modern progressive approach to selling houses instilled us with utmost confidence in his ability to sell our house. Jay's positive approach to selling houses was a marked contrast to the more conservative, pushy and reactive approaches adopted by other agents whom other vendors told us about. We would unhesitatingly recommend Jay Bacani and if we had other property to sell would certainly engage Jay as our agent.

Jay and the team at Manor Real Estate were fantastic to deal with. I found Jay to be a true professional, a gentleman and someone who has an extrinsic market knowledge of his target market. From start to finish, Jay made us feel comfortable with the process and provided ongoing and continual support throughout the sale process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay to any seller in the Hills area. Best agent going around without doubt.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Jay, and already have. He and the team at Manor are great to deal with. It's no wonder nearly every house in the Hills is being sold by Manor.
