We bought our unit from Jay 4 years back and were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. So when it came time to sell our unit, we reached out to Jay again and were extremely happy with the outcome. Jay was clear in his communication, agreed to our expectations and told us he could sell the unit in 3 weeks. What can we say: he exceeded our selling price expectations and sold the unit within 3 weeks that too during December (the slowest period of the year). Highly recommended.
