Alex is a very good marketer in terms of a quick response to emails, text messages and overall excellent customer service. He was the one who responded promptly to my first text message regarding putting our property on the market. He quickly organized a visit with his colleague Paul that afternoon who gave some suggestions on how to better prepare our home for top dollar. Alex was present on each open home to ensure fielding the correct answers to all the questions thrown at him. And when we sold our home, Alex was the one who presented us with a bottle of champagne and bathroom luxury pack which will be gracing our bathroom in the new apartment.
