From the outset, Zach and his team at Manor did everything they could to get the best price for our property. They were really proactive with communication so we didn't ever feel like we were unsure what was going on with the sale or where things stood. We found Faz to be very friendly and helpful. Happy to answer any and all questions. He complied for us a full detailed report of properties sold in our area before we listed our house to give us insight into the current market. Every week Faz gave us a a report containing details of our property inspections and comments, as well as calling us most days for a verbal report on what was happening. Faz was present at all inspections personally, and provided a coffee cart service on the days of the open homes. We were very happy with Faz as our realtor and would highly recommend his services.
