Zach is an experienced professional with excellent market knowledge and communication skills. Zach provided us with honest, realistic expectation and sound advise with clear and up-to-date communication throughout the various transaction phases. Zach is punctual and would listen and find time to discuss our concerns and provide advice. Zach is most reliable and always returned our calls, answer our queries and kept the momentum going with appropriate updates and follow-up. Our business transactions smoothly progressed through despite the restrictions of the current pandemic situation as Zach and his team complied with the rules imposed and implemented an on-line approach. We are most happy to have worked with Zach and his team. We definitely and highly recommend Zach.

We recently sold our property in Winston Hills through Manor Homes with Scott as our real estate agent. We had a very positive experience from start to finish and were provided with exceptional service from Scott and his team. Scott was extremely professional and went above and beyond in his role. He was prompt in answering any questions, kept us updated at all times and was available at any time to discuss any issues or queries that we had. Scott guided us throughout the process of selling our home and allowed us to feel confident and at ease. Scott provided expert advice and guidance around pricing, house presentation and the auction process. Overall, Scott took away much of the stress that is usually involved in selling a home. We could not recommend Scott more highly, he is professional, experienced and skilled in his role and helped us achieve an outcome higher than our expectations.

Selling a property during a pandemic lockdown would initially appear daunting! However Scott steered us through the whole process with calm professionalism achieving an outstanding result. He worked tirelessly to accommodate numerous inspections during the lockdown and gave us feedback that was always honest, well founded and realistic based on what he was hearing from those viewing the property. He was always contactable and always followed up on enquiries. Scott knows his business, is friendly and easy to deal with. He will tell you the situation as it is. Highly recommended. Thank you Scott for making selling our home such a positive experience.
