Best in the Hills district! Jay and Jess recently sold our property and we couldn't be happier. They cared so much about our family and property. Jay and Jess worked frontline and Ellie worked behind to assist our family at anytime. Jay and Jess gave us terrific guidance on preparing the home for market which assisted us in achieving our sale price expectations. They handled the entire process and always kept us up updated. Jay 's communication and negotiation skills are number 1. Jay and Jess's commitment helped make our move very easy and stress free and we will definitely use his services again in the future.

Paul was very helpful through out the process of buying the house and really went out of his way with his services, going through the paper work even late in the evening.

When Harry Bhatia did knock on the door, we weren't ready to sell the property, only planning to sell it. He helped us to be ready professionally and kindly. He was very patient with the clients; however response and communication were so quick every time. Moreover, he always solved problems so quickly. If you want to sell your property, Harry is the first man to trust and he is the best man to ask for it. You can't miss Harry ~~~

Kevin displays great market knowledge and understands both his buyers and vendors wants and needs. He is very professional at all times. Kevin was a great support to us and got us the result we wanted in one weekend off market. He continued to support us throughout the cooling off period and we have now sold unconditionally. We recommend him highly!!
