Jay was enthusiastic with his handling of our property, returning calls promptly. Jay has a strong knowledge of the Hills area knowing the finer details to encourage the purchaser. 2021 has seen an extremely unpredictable market, however Jay and his team are a professional group with sound experience. We certainly made the right decision with employing Manor to sell out family home. Amazing result achieved on auction day.

Paul's market knowledge in the hills area, especially in Bella Vista is second to none, this is the reason he sells more properties in Bella Vista than any other agent this year. Paul is always very attentative to our questions, very realistic when communicating the expectations with us, he is always keeping us informed at every step of the way. Paul is very skillful in terms of helping both parties finding the optimal outcome of the transction. Very few men in this industry can under promise and over deliver, Paul is this kind of man. Great work with you Paul and congratulations on closing this sale!

I interviewed several agents for the sale of our much loved family home in Kings Langley and selected Zach Eadie of Manor real estate for his attention to detail and professional approach. After a slighly rocky start, and after raising my concerns, I was pleased that rather than argue the point, Zach listened and acted accordingly. The end result was beyond my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zach and his team to market your property should you be wishing to sell. They all worked hard and achieved a great result. Dan Tussie

Zach fought very hard for the business and didn't disappoint. Zach and the team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and the whole team are like a well-oiled machine. After each inspection Zach would always text an update and then a full detailed report would follow each Tuesday. Everyone I dealt with at Manor Real Estate was so polite and prompt with their responses and I felt totally supported at all times.
