No stone was left unturned and even if we didn’t get the result we wanted we would of still been pleased as we know that that all avenues of Marketing and professionalism was exhausted by Jay. Our home went to Auction as advised by Jay and even though we had offers prior he spoke with us and said he would be doing us a disservice of not advising us to go to auction Auction date came and we went above our reserve and 10% about our best offer prior to auction. Our property was on the market for over 6 months with another agent. After losing hope, we thought to try another agent so did a bit of research and found Jay. The fact that we were with another agent we can easily compare the two agents and can see a massive difference. At the beginning Jay told us he treats all his clients' properties as though it is his grandparents'. And he was not joking! He opened our property for open inspections every Saturday and Sunday and by request. He gave me updates every week and always reassured me that he will find a buyer and that he doesn't give up easily! It's obvious he worked extremely hard for us. We felt Jay was our only hope, and boy he delivered with flying colours! Thank you so so much!
