Jay sold our property in just 4 days, he got a great price and we are very very happy with Jay's professionalism, communication ability and devotion to his chosen profession. He kept us fully informed and guided us through the whole process. I have sold several properties in the past, but have never met an agent more committed to his work than Jay. If you are looking for an agent who gets things done, call Jay, you will not be disappointed

Scott is a committed sales professional and has extensive market knowledge of our area. He acts with integrity and his commitment to the campaign exceeded our expectations. Scott was referred to us by a close friend and upon our first meeting we knew that we were in good hands. The sales process was smooth, transparent and effective. We mostly appreciate his support and understanding when we decided to remove our home from the market during the peak of covid-19. He enthusiastically continued with the campaign when we were ready to return to the market. He’s polite and respectful. Above all, he achieved an outstanding result and we strongly recommend Scott to future buyers or sellers.

Kevin & his team worked together to communicate and update me constantly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He had organised more than expected amount of parties to turn up to the first open home. It sold off market for a more than happy price the same weekend. He made the whole process stress free for me. Thank you for the high energy and commitment to your work.

Jay is a friendly, personable agent who makes the transaction experience effective. He is professional through and through, even though he looks like he's only in his 20s! We find him clear and upfront in communicating the sellers' wishes during our negotiations. Without his efforts - even at night during the weekend! - we wouldn't have been able to secure this home. Thank you!

We're so glad we went with Jay and Rish from Manor for the sale of our home. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable, they were warm and genuine too. They helped us sell our home off market in just 4 days! They were clear and transparent with their communication, and were helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions from the start all the way to settlement. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Manor!

Daniella made the process very simple and effortless for me. She came to my office a couple of times to hand me keys and sign paperwork, rather than making me travel to her. This made life so much easier for me! I had some additional requests during the transaction which Danielle catered to and helped make happen. I would recommend anyone utilise Daniella's services, very nice person, and a great agent.

Jay and his team are truly professionals and responsive. They are always focused on getting the job done exceptionally and client focused for both the buyer and seller. Highly recommended for their win-win and can-do attitude! It's very hard to come across real estate agents who promptly get back to you with great outcomes.

Brilliant team, headed by Jay and fantastic work by Rish and Ellie. Very friendly, helpful and informative from the begining to the end, super high standards. Can't thank them enough and would highly recommend anyone selling in the Hills area to go with them, especially during the Covid19 period.
