Paul has been exceptional well with providing insight and knowledge, especially during this difficult time. Its been a pleasure working with him, as he made selling the house less stressful for myself and my family. I recommend Paul to anyone willing to sell their house.

Jay Bacani impressed us from our first meeting as he showed interest and listened to our needs and situation as we were wanting to downsize in retirement. Jay was personable, had a great deal of knowledge in the real estate world (especially the Hills District) and was extremely professional. He was meticulous in his approach to all aspects of our sale (and purchase) and showed a great deal of 'attention to detail' with regard to our open homes. I had the pleasure of meeting many of the Manor sales team and office Management, all of whom were courteous and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Manor Real Estate if you are looking for a professional, friendly team with a great deal of integrity and pride in what they do.

I notice that Manor had been selling in the area and had been clearing a lot of properties. Once I started dealing with Zach he felt the best way to go was to start with private inspections due to COVID restrictions and the most cost effective way for me. He organised all the necessary people including recommending other businesses that needed to be involved ( all were great to deal with). Not long after this discussion restrictions were lifted enough to have small open homes. He contacted me straight away and suggested an open home. We had 13 groups through that weekend and Zach had found a buyer. He was in constant contact updating me every step of the way. During the cooling off period he kept me informed on the progress until the final step. You don't sell houses every day so it was comforting to be kept up to date every step of the way. Great job would recommend Zach to sell your home.

We were delighted with the expert advice, and valuable support and assistance, provided to us by Jay during the whole sales process. Due to his extensive knowledge of properties in the Hills Shire, he was able to answer all our questions regarding the state of the housing market during the uncertainty following the restrictions due to Covid-19. In addition he was readily available at all times, and days, in which to provide information, feedback, and answer any questions. The marketing material was excellent, and together with his expert professionalism, we were assured of a great outcome. A warm and delighful person. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

We are happy with the service from Paul! He is professional, easy to get in touch with as well as reasonable and subtle in dealing with all requests from both vendors and purchasers. If there's any chance of us purchasing another property in the future, we would definitely want to work or deal with someone like Paul.

We've known Paul for almost 3 years, since 2017, having first met at an Open Home as a buyer. Paul's friendly nature, honesty and professionalism convinced us that if we ever think about selling our pad, Paul is definitely the go to guy. We did exactly that in 2020. Paul is an absolute superstar. Paul was always there to guide us every step all the way through from sale preparation to the contract signing process, patiently answered all our questions, giving us the best tips and the most reliable and honest advice and went above and beyond to delight us with exceptional customer experience. Once we decided to sell and got in touch with Paul, we managed to put our home on the market and close a successful offer in less than 2 weeks in a very uncertain environment. I will happily and strongly recommend Paul to all sellers.
