Zach presented himself extremely professionally right from the get go with processes of sale , expectations in the market , plans and best method of sale to provide best result . Zach’s approach to selling my home was one of enthusiasm. After giving us a valuation a couple of years previously, he was amazed at the improvements we had made since that time. Once I signed up with him I was given a printed schedule telling me exactly what would be happening during my campaign and after every open home he would ring me and the following week would come to my home with a report and discuss it with me and I have to say that report was very thorough. I always felt I could ring him anytime if I had a question and he would be happy to answer it. Zach knew his market and I remember him saying I would get more for my 3 bedroom home than a lot of 4 bedders and he was right! I would certainly recommend Zach for his caring, understanding and professionalism.
