I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for the outstanding performance of our sales representative- Matt Mazzei ! Selling your property is always a complex process that needs guidance and support. Many times that crucial milestone also comes with personal challenges that life presents! This was the case for us and therefore navigating through it came with so many more obstacles. I can’t thank Matt enough for his highest standard of professionalism and Integrity! He was always dedicated, reliable, respectful, highly responsive and approachable! Always that “one step ahead “ and ready to act! All of his highly regarded qualities combined with an outstanding market knowledge. Not only made the process seamless but also brought us an outstanding sale result! I would recommend Matt to anyone needing a representative that truly cares! Not only about the financial aspects of property sale, but more importantly about the people and their stories behind it! We were extremely happy with our choice of agent, we ended up signing with John Grima at our first meeting. John was very confident he could sell our home, he sold it in 5 days-1 open home and off market. John's communication between ourselves and the buyer was second to none, he kept us in the loop and updated us as things progressed. John not only sold our home in record time but completely EXCEEDED our sale expectation! We would highly Recommend John to anyone selling In The Hills.
