Wouldn't recommend this agent. The communication is terrible! Send them emails to recover costs for Window locks and no response! Emails concerning Building insurance were not responded to. There concern is almost zero! Away on holiday and they wanted Builder access while away, but we denied this, which is our right. The email concerning this denial until we were back from our holiday was very rude, so I ignored it! When I responded there has been no response! I get the feeling they are very under resourced and don't have the time to manage their Tenant list!

Had a very good experience moving in and was given time to relocate whilst I was grieving a family member's passing. The few small wear and tear issues were taken care of very quickly. Handymen were great, I'd recommend them well.
