We tried multiple property managers before settling with Michelle, because she takes responsibility as if the property is her own. She selects tenants she would take into her own properties and she has a good sense of keeping us informed without bothering us with nick-nacks that we expect her to take care of. She has managed our 3 rental leases in The Entrance impeccably for about 6 years. When it came divest our interest in The Entrance, Michelle suggested a $-number that we would be very happy with. She got an offer early on way below and presented it to us as required by law, we asked her not to consider anything too far from agreed price and again she didn't ring us to try to push the price every week like some agents, informing us of who has been through the property etc etc - we don't need to know and she understood that. The one day she called us with a $-number that was pretty close - and 'Bob's your uncle'. Describing Michelle in single call-outs: Dedicated, professional, efficient, quiet achiever, trustworthy and beyond that a lovely person. If you go to anyone else with your property needs in The Entrance, you will get 2nd, 3rd best or worse.
