She has always kept me informed of all issues concerning my unit and managed to keep my tenants happy without incurring unnecessary expenses to me. Marando Real Estate attended to all the outgoings and I receive my monthly statement and deposits like clockwork. Michelle does not pay any unusual outgoings without checking or seeking my permission. My unit is in good repair and clean through their regular inspections & communications with tenants and myself. Due to excessive high special levies, I had to put my unit on the market. Michelle, having a good knowledge of the market gave me the anticipated market sale price range. With Marando Real Estate's great marketing, connections, client base and social media and communication, Michelle managed to find me a buyer within a relatively short time in the market and negotiated for me a price at the top end of the spectrum and with minimum marketing expenses. Michelle took care of the whole process, including communicating with my solicitor and with minimum input from me and without any stress to myself. My personal experience, from the time I purchased the property to the sale of the property - always been managed by Marando Real Estate all these time, I would rate Marando Real Estate Central Coast and Michelle Vo the MOST CARING AND BEST AGENT.
