Irene came recommended by the Jenman Real Estate Support Group. Whilst she was not local to the area where we were selling, she took the time to familiarize herself with the area and the complex in which we were selling our townhouse. Irene made sure she knew what the complex offered as well as a thorough check of the townhouse and was able to highlight all the best parts of the townhouse to prospective buyers. We took the approach of doing an off-market promotion initially and were able to secure two interested buyers ready to pay the price we were asking for within two weeks of the property being listed. Whilst we did have some hiccups with the one of the interested buyers, Irene was capable of resolving any issues and was able to secure the right people for our home. I would recommend Irene for her honesty and straight to the point manner/approach. Thank you, Irene, for selling our townhouse, it was a record sale for the area and the complex itself.
