Roy sold Mum and Dads house of 65yrs
Roy has got to be a one of a kind, he not only sold mum and dads family home of 65yrs, but made the whole experience as smooth, professional and showed he has a huge heart. For mum and dad it was stressful at age 87 and 82 to be moving interstate to be closer to family, to sell there home was overwhelming, Roy was there every step of the way to help this transition run smooth, he always keep in contact to tell me of changes or even if mum was distressed, nothing was ever to much trouble, he even bought mum and dad lunch many times, took them bread and milk when needed, knowing it was hard for them to get around. We thank you Roy for treating mum and dad like extended family and for going above and beyond, your knowledge of the real estate market was always up to date and well informed. We appreciate and would highly recommend Roy as your agent. The ladies in the office also made them feel very welcome, and helped many times. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. (Hall Family)😃
