Great person to deal with.
We had already had an offer from a neighbour when Roy said he could get us more than that offer. We made a deal and true to his word Roy sold our home quickly and got us more than the original offer.

A genuine professional working for and representing our property fully
Roy met our requirements fully by demonstrating his drive & passion making and delivering on commitments & keeping us informed through the whole process. He demonstrated respect for our family & our home & remembered details in representing the many selling points of our home. Roy introduced his team who all contributed to the sale process & day. Prior to auction, we had over 170 family groups come through our home over 2 weeks & 17 registered bidders for the auction. We also valued the extra guidance and help through providing us with a reference for our interim rental property. Prior to selecting Roy, we interviewed other real estate people & only Roy and his team convinced us that they were capable & committed. Our expectations were fully met in the representation of our home and attainment of the best price that we further validated against other sales in the area.

Professional of his career and title
