My wife and myself first met Claire 14 months ago when we put our house on to the market in the Picton area we were looking to buy in the Marulan area , after looking at a few houses Claire showed us a block of land and could build a new house , which was ok by us . The Real estate agent in Picton tried to sell our House under he's term that did not suit us , the sale was not easy but along the process Claire gave us advise on what really how the sale should go , it took twice the amount of time .During this time Claire was very professional as Real Estate agent should be . in the end our house was eventually sold , because of the long drawn out process we did not build a new house and with drew from the purchase of the land . We bought a caravan and went touring for 12 months ,back in the area we phoned Claire and said what's for sale ,it was like being welcomed back home by Claire with open arms and big cuddles Claire knew what we liked and showed us one house that was not on the Market but the builder was just 95 percent completed, once completed we bought that house . Marble & Oak real estate run by Claire is head and shoulders above any other agent in the area , Claire understanding of what the market is offering and what people require that makes her number one in our opinion . Claire had great market knowledge and was always there to assist throughout the sales process. Whether it be bringing parties together to seal the deal or help facilitate the resolution of issues that popped up. Claire was easy to work with and always greeted you with a smile. All communication was dealt with promptly and there was never any reason to chase or follow up, which was greatly appreciated. The pre settlement inspection went very smoothly and the property handover was a breeze and totally stress free. We loved our time with Claire and the team - they were incredibly friendly and warm, knowledgeable and attentive. They made a stressful process feel easy as can be and enjoyable. Claire was super easy to chat to, always able to have a quick phone-call to run things by her or would return our calls if she was busy. When we were towards the end of our renovations and had decided to move interstate we got Claire to come and have a look at our house and she gave us great advice on what people are usually looking for in a home and how to best suit the house to buyers. Getting our place on the market was really easy on our end, Claire and her associates had it all sorted and we didn't need to do anything. Communication after open homes was great every time. We are really appreciative that Claire was able work a deal where both us and the buyers were happy.

This was our third house sale with her, and once again, she went above and beyond to get the job done. It was a long process involving months of hard work, persistence and plenty of negotiation.
