Meg sets the benchmark for an honest integrity driven person, the marketing was excellent in that it got constant solid results and clearly to the correct demographic, the negotiation process was very respectful to both sides. Good logical realistic advise and help from start to finish. Meg sets the benchmark at all levels and in everyone aspect of the professional world that is real estate. A small family agency that punches way above its weight and seriously schools the big end of town on how it should be done both with vendor management and buyer satisfaction. Clearly our experience was better than 5 stars but that’s all I can enter, i can highly recommend Meg and indeed Marc Mathew’s with complete confidence.

Meg was surprisingly very helpful and professional for someone her age
Meg was so sensitive and compassionate and obviously seasoned in this type of sale " dementia age care " time sensitive plus tedious in removing sorting rubbish from heir looms photos and waiting for approval and dealing with the guardian and trustee she got got it done quickly while not taking the first offer she was a rock and obviously a well raised young lady who I'm happy to recommend. A good experience
