I'd been hearing a kind of goofy ad for Marc Matthews and Associates on the radio for ages, promoting a really great price for their services, so when it came time to list my mum's property in Ettalong I thought I'd at least have a chat. I was impressed from the start on their professionalism, market insights and hints, and friendly, helpful manner of Marc and Meg Matthews and thought then and there that this was the agent for me. Meg was there each step of the way and following through and keeping me informed as to what was going on. The property was sold in just one week, at a price higher than we all expected. It all went so smoothly. I'd also like to thank the photographer who did a really professional job rearranging and moving what was there in the cluttered home to make it look great. All this, and at a much more affordable price than the big names. I've bought and sold 7 properties over time and can honestly say this was the best experience I have had. Do yourself a favor if looking to sell your home particularly on the Peninsula(although they do service other areas) and call Marc Matthews and Associates
