We went through Homebuyers to buy a House and Land Package where she was the person in charge of selling the block. We found her quite pushy to get the sale and then not very helpful in providing correct times on when our block titles would be released. We also never got a correct lot or estate plan showing levels of block which when it came to our block site charges, we were not aware of the fall and were then charged almost $20K more than estimated. We weren't happy with the dealing at all.

Yes i did feel quite privileged to work with Craig BAMFORD as the agent. The sale conditions established with a lot of antique furniture and furbishing made it quite a challenge apart from normal selling procedures. HE DID OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE to my utter satisfaction.. Furthermore,after the sale,as a non resident i did need quite a few miscellanous documents.With the speed of light ,he was able to obtain all these,when i am sure other agents could have objected that it was beyond their scope.
