Marie made the sale of the home we built so easy and seamless. Marie was honest and realistic with prices that would sell our house, her communication was really swift and clear. Our house was only listed for 48 hours before it became under offer. It was seamless and smooth. We are so thankful, thank you so much Marie.

Had an amazing experience with Marie in the sale of my property. We developed a strategy several months before listing. She gave me a super accurate range of what I was likely to receive in offers and the property was sold within one week in the range Marie mentioned. That was super quick and accurate and the whole process was seamless. And to add, Marie is a lovely person as well.

Marie made the process of selling our property easy. She pushed and got the price we wanted for our property. She was always available on the phone when in need. She helped get our tenants that were living in our house into another rental. We could continue to contact her after we sold our house and ask for advice on rentals for a friend and she happily showed us properties the following day. We would like to thank you again Marie for helping us sell our home.

Marie was very professional in her conduct as an agent. She was able to provide clear price guidance and worked hard to negotiate with the buyer to achieve a record price. She was very well connected in the community and able to organise the property to be ready for viewing. I would recommend Marie to anyone looking to sell or buy within the Moranbah region, she is a great communicator and does exactly what she say she will.
