We ended the process with a house we wanted but the process was arduous and stressful. The agent insisted on utilising an online auction process for any offer, and in our case, we were the only bidders so it was passed it. We were not happy to be asked to bid against ourselves when it was clear there were no other bidders. The online process slowed the offer review process for us. The agent made himself available for all requested inspections.
