We found Daniel at the beginning of the COVID pandemic after an unsuccessful marketing attempt at a different agency. He developed a good strategy and executed it well. As the COVID pandemic had just been declared, we (the owners) were hesitant to commit funds to marketing as we thought the market was in free fall. Daniel respected our position while continuing to provide us updates on the market and our properties position in it. Eventually, we (the owners) followed Daniel's recommendations and the house sold three days later for a price we were very happy with!
