I seldom write reviews of this nature, however on this instance I felt that I was compelled to share my experience offered by MARK WARD and his team. I’m a naturally sceptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently pleased by the amazing service, market knowledge and communication offered by Mark. Buying and selling can be an anxious experience, particularly where I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. I’ve definitely been convinced that the “one-size-fits-all” theory does not work in the real-estate market - my lesson learnt is that you need an agent that specialises in their field, market area and particularly has the dedication (and easy to deal with attitude) that Mark Ward lives day-by-day. We have used Mark Ward Property as both a letting agent and a sales agent. We have been very happy with the service we received from Mark and his team. As a letting agent, they managed to let our property within a week and for $50 more a week then other agencies had recommended. When we chose to sell with Mark the property was sold within 3 weeks for $15k more than asking price. Mark is very friendly and an excellent communicator, we felt at ease working with Mark.
