Having needed a very quick sale to enable us to purchase our ideal property in what is currently an extremely tight market, Petar came to view and value our home on a Sunday. We went to market Thursday morning, having been told he had a few people that would like to view. The first people viewed Thursday afternoon and we had sold Friday morning enabling us to confirm our purchase. I think he understood the urgency of a sale to beat the competition for our purchase better than we did! He has been constantly available and has kept us informed at every step, assisting us to ensure both transactions would be watertight. We spend a week trying to purchase property in the Noosa area and we had a number of properties shortlisted from our lengthy research. Even though Petar was obviously working 100% for his seller he treated us with respect and thoughtfulness and went out of his way to help us as much as he could.
