Paul literally changed my opinion of real estate agents. He sold my property on the auction with a minimum of fuss despite a difficult negotiation after the auction with the highest bidder. The star ratings above acknowledge his skill as a real estate agent and auctioneer. Importantly though he also understood the importance of excellent service, honest and open communication, the need to manage expectations and to deliver what he stated he could deliver. Being extremely busy he assisted further by dealing with solicitors, tradesman etc on my behalf when I didn’t have the time to do this myself. In all this he excelled. A top class operator!!

Paul Markovic has provided me with outstanding service in the sale of my Fitzroy apartment. In our only face-to-face meeting, he was both highly professional and friendly with a sound knowledge of similar apartments in the Fitzroy area; all of which provided me with complete confidence in him. During the lead-up to the Auction, my mother was placed into palliative care in Sydney and passed away a week before the Auction. Not only did Paul endeavour to take as much of the workload off my shoulders as possible but he did this with compassion and empathy. The Auction result exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking to engage the services of a Real Estate Agent.

I have worked with Peter Markovic, Real Estate Agents for over twenty years. Up until October 2017, my property was being managed as a rental; I found all staff to be very professional and I appreciated any actions that were needed to maintain this rental property in good condition. Leading up to the auction in December 2017, I liaised with Alexandra Wallace, first as the agent for the rental and then for the auction. Throughout this period, Alexandra was outstanding in the way she communicated any issues and dealt with them promptly and efficiently. She was also a great source of information regarding certain aspects of the sale of this property. I met Paul leading up to the auction and found him to be very professional, engaging and encouraging; I am sure he has had to deal with many types of client behaviour and I appreciated his understanding. Having worked in customer service all my working life, it is gratifying to know that there are people who take customer service as seriously and Alexandra and Paul.

Paul is the right mix of 'relaxed' and 'focussed'. He's happy to answer any questions and is great at keeping you updated on the progress of your campaign. We're told he was extremely professional at the auction and also managed to maintain a relaxed and casual vibe. We're thrilled with the price Paul secured for our property. It was within the range he provided us upon initial assessment. I really appreciated this. Good to know you're likely to get what he thinks you will!
