Rod was the agent I chose I actually bought the land off him originally.Rod kept me informed throughout the whole process ,he even went beyond and chased up the neighboring builders who had dumped heaps off rubbish on the block and requested they get it off which after numerous calls he managed to get them to move %95 and then got his son to move the last little bit if he hadn’t done this it would off cost me $2000 he did this off his own bat which I found amazing as I’m in Melbourne and couldn’t organize it He was very straightforward and honest through the process and I would highly recommend him
