He made himself available at anytime for potential buyers to view the property, which turned out to be the best way to show the property without set viewing times and days. The marketing was spot-on as well. Photos and floor plans of the happened quickly and the listing was online within days of the property been listed. His knowledge of how to pitch our unique family home at potential buyers was excellent, resulting in multiple offers within 2 weeks.

David Marland knows the Real Estate business well, but his professionalism was very strong. He was the Agent for the Vendor of a property I was purchasing and at no stage was he pushy, he answered my questions knowledgeably and if he didn't know the answer, he would say so and contact me when he knew the answer. I felt comfortable dealing with him as a purchaser. David surpassed my expectations of a Real Estate Agent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to a prospective seller.

David is amazing he was always there as he helped me sell my property. We have recently sold our property in Sutherland through David and we had, 17 years before, bought the same property through him. We have found him to be an agent of the highest integrity who seeks to obtain an acceptable outcome for both the vendor and the purchaser. He is excellent in keeping the lines of communication open so you are in no doubt about the discussions taking place. He makes carefully considered, helpful suggestions but without ever pushing his ideas above those of his client. He encourages the client to think through their decisions in, what can be, a stressful time.
