I found Tony to be straightforward, honest, knowledgeable and a good communicator. He addressed any queries I had regarding the property in a timely manner. After the purchase he organised, and paid for, tradesmen to attend to repairs that had been promised, but not completed, by the vendor. Tony's offsider Michael did a great job bidding on-line for me. We first met Tony when our daughter bought her first property whilst locating from Thursday Island Torres Strait. Neither of us knew the area let alone which agent to trust. Tony sold our property in Twin Waters in the first half of 2018. He and Michael Crichton, who took some marvellous photographs of the property (even using a drone to get overhead views), worked hard to ensure that the property was sold. We thought that their approach was unconventional, as they asked for tenders on a set date, but the property was sold in 3 weeks, and realised a sale price that we were delighted with. They attracted a number of potential purchasers, we were kept fully informed thoughout the process and were very pleased with the outcome.
