Once I had secured a property, the payment process for both rent and bond was straight forward, easy and hassle free with the team directing me exactly how to proceed with my payments and continue to pay in the future. Once you’re a tenant as well you’re invited to download a tenant app which makes keeping up with your rent easy. As well as access to forms, maintenance requests and upcoming inspections. Couldn’t recommend them enough and shout out to my agent, Alex, for being so amazing!!
