Exceptional service

Maddy, our agent, was exceptional. The entry, exit and ongoing inspection reports were incredibly detailed, And no request was ever too much. Unfortunately we had issues with our tenants, and if it hadn’t been for Maddy, this would have been a very stressful situation. With her experience and support however, we were able to move on from this situation quickly. I couldn’t recommend MARQ Property highly enough.

Engaged, responsive and consistent

MARQ were extremely responsive and engaged from the moment I contacted them. They weren’t pushy about anything and worked around me. Communication has been consistent across different members of the team. My unit was rented out very quickly.

Poor communication skills by rental property manager.

We have been extremely upset by the experience we have had with MARQ while renting through them. The unit is in poor condition and some areas in the unit that required attention for many years was attempted to be placed on the responsibility of us. We rented the unit for a period of six months. The communication was in a bullying tone. For example setting dates for us to rectify of a couple of days otherwise we would provided with an invoice of where tradesman will be bought in. No prior conversation before receiving. Was a very upsetting experience. I felt bullied and disrespected.
