As a buyer, even though Kris was representing the seller, I found him great to deal with. He was clear, responsive, and kept the communication flowing the whole way through. Any questions I had were answered quickly and honestly, which made the process much easier. Kris showed strong knowledge of the market and handled negotiations in a fair and respectful way. While he was working for the seller, he remained professional and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d be happy to work with Kris again in the future.

Vince was very easy to deal with during the entire process. He was responsive and proactive during the negotiation period and made sure we understood how everything was progressing. Post exchange, he was helpful with additional questions and queries and was able to accommodate us during the entire process, as well as introducing us to the property management side of the business.
