Always helpful and easy to communicate with, he responded to all of our phone calls and emails and questions along the way and his guidance for preparing the property to go on the market was spot on. He is an expert and we followed his advice, including doing the furniture styling package - which looked absolutely amazing and made the house present just beautifully. Kris was absolutely a brilliant agent to buy our property through. When others in our team to buy the house failed Kris exceeded all expectations! It was our first house and he was able to help us negotiate with the prior owners in price, he was honest throughout the whole process! He chased up with solicitors, builders etc when needed and still is 2 months post settlement! Highly recommend Kris and as a for there brilliant consistency in selling houses
