We met Justin Taylor at an open home that he was holding and his personal manner and professionalism stood out straight away. It's funny how some agents seem to dismiss people without so much as a second glance, but Justin was not like that at all -- he took the time to engage actively with everyone he met and that impressed us. When it came time for us to engage an agent to sell our own home, Justin was our first choice on the basis of that initial meeting and it was the best decision we made. We took Justin's advice about what to expect in the market we were in, how best to prepare and advertise the house, and the price to set. He was able to sell the property within a week of listing it, and he managed to negotiate a price that was in fact higher than we expected.
