I recently bought my apartment through Trenton Morrissey. My offer had been dependent on my divorce money coming through; unfortunately there was a hiccouph and it took three months longer than my ex's divorce lawyer told me it would. The tenant had been offered an incentive to move out as I wanted vacant possession - not surprisingly, the seller, who now had a vacant apartment and possibly no buyer, was not a happy-camper. Yet Trenton managed to be 100% professional, patient and positive throughout the entire absurd saga. He was simply a decent man who managed to be honest and reassuring while I struggled with what felt like one disaster after another. Thank you Trenton :-)

Trenton Morrissey is an excellent agent who makes the extra effort to ensure all parties requirements are being met, and that the process runs smoothly and on schedule. Trenton was the driving force in my home purchase, keeping the banks and solicitors on track. He even went the extra years to assist the current tenant in finding a new rental property, which allowed me to move in on my settlement date. I've known JT for a number of years but have never had the opportunity to call on him to help out with a home sale. I recently bought a property which was for sale through Morrissey Real Estate. Even though Trenton was not acting on my behalf, I found him to be a rock solid source of information and assistance for me throughout the purchase while dealing with the less than satisfactory service from my own bank and the legal firm handling the conveyancing. He remained friendly and helpful when paperwork was lost or went missing, and I asked him "to send it to me again please". He is a tough negotiater with a sprinkling of light hearted humour while remaining professional and respectful. I recommend Trenton unreservedly.

I have sold many properties through the years using other major agencies around the trap, and there were always something missing about their service; full of talk but no walk and the result always leave you wondering whether they have done their best... This is the first time I engaged Trenton Morrissey; and what a breath of fresh air.. Absolutely everything went perfectly and his service, communication, negotiation and integrity are impeccable. Forget about big agencies promising grandiose exposure of your property to their list of buyers on their multiple databases etc.., it's all a bluff. With our internet age, your property would be equally exposed irrespective of what agencies you use and it is the smaller agencies that will provide you with a more personalised service and achieve a better outcome for you.
