Sam kept his promise

We'd had poor experiences with real estate sales agents before, with one abandoned attempt to sell our property a year or so ago. The agent in that case came in strong, full of confidence, but after a few weeks of little more than the occasional email - and plenty of unreturned calls - we let the time run out and tallied up the wasted money. Sam promised he and his team would be different, and they were. Good communication, clear goals, and transparent processes. We would have been happy with his efforts even if the place hadn't sold.
