I got my first rental unit through Marriott Lane in Crows Nest. I didn't hear of any estate agencies prior and hence had a neutral outlook. However the senior property manager at the time ensured that I understood the documentation and process to apply. She also ensured that I settled in comfortably at the unit. On an ongoing basis, she scheduled regular inspections and checked upon us to make sure there was no inconvenience to us. Any minor to major repairs were immediately attended to, without any questions asked. On couple of occasions when we locked ourselves out, the agency had someone who was able to hand us a duplicate key tog et back in. Even though the property managers changed over time, the quality of service was consistent and I was never made to feel any less important. All the proporty managers have been pleasant to deal with and their professionalism is top class. It is because of this great experience, that we lived in the unit for more than 5 years and never got a feeling of wanting to leave. I am highly pleased with Marriott Lane and would not hesitate a bit to recommend it to anyone looking to rent a property.
