As always, during the past 8 years having our properly looked after by Marriott Lane has given us great peace of mind, knowing everything will be taken care of, just as simple as that! About three years ago, our previous property manager left. The new property manager Angelo has impressed us with his dedicated services again and again just the same. Angelo is super responsive, very detailed, understanding and reliable. Most importantly, I think he cares not just the property/landlord but also the tenants. Every time when there was an issue reported, no matter how small, Angelo always responded immediately organising them in a highly professional way. He gave his time and professional advice to meet the demands of both tenants and landlord. He is an agent who treats his job seriously and truly cares his clients. Want your property to be looked after professionally with excellent service? I wouldn't recommend another agency!

It’s been such a pleasure dealing with Matt. He kept me informed throughout the application process and was very prompt in his response whenever I had a question. Going above and beyond Matt even organised for someone to help with my utilities redirection. Lastly, he oversaw the cleaning of the unit personally and for once I didn’t have to do any major cleaning after moving to a new rental.

Im a new tenant at unit 8 51 shirley road. When i was viewing the property i was promised that curtains will be installed. I even remind the agent 3 weeks before the lease , but on the lease commencement date there is still zero curtain installed. It means that the agent do not check the property at all

I'm a first time landlord so was quite nervous about the whole process but Matthew Hanlon made, and continues to make the "landlord" experience a breeze.
